A Brief History

Charlotte Archer and Bonnie Lombardi started Papacito's in 1989 and built the Cantina in 1992. There is a lot of history on the walls of the Cantina, which remains as a tribute to Charlotte, Bonnie, and their customers. To this day, the dynamic duo are respected throughout the community.
