Chico State Pumpkin Drop
Since 1987, the Society of Physics Students and the Department of Physics at Chico State have presented the fan-favorite Pumpkin Drop, a comedic and educational experiment to test how and why things fall.
There will be science, jokes, and plenty of falling (and smashing) pumpkins, and the event is free and open to the public.
Join the fun at Trinity Commons at Noon. Always on Halloween when it falls on a weekday, or the Friday before if it falls on a weekend.
