Always at 1pm on New Year's Day, the Polar Bear Plunge is a Chico tradition. Free to enter and no registration required, you can just show up and take the plunge!
For 40 years at 1pm on New Year's Day, Chicoans have swam across Sycamore Pool. Follow along with local Jason Weinrich as he plunges for the first time.
